Ho Yan is is an associate in the Banking & Finance Department and is based in the Hong Kong office. She joined the firm in 2020, after being admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales (Australia) in 2019, and was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in 2022.

Ho Yan has experience in general banking transactions, including syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured lending, debt financing, general credit facilities and cross-border transactions. She also has experience in non-contentious shipping transactions.
